A standard affair in today's grid, with some fun fill I think.
I've been trying to improve the surface reading of the clues recently, as well as making sure they parse grammatically - so I hope you see some improvement on this in the next few puzzles. As always, feedback is welcomed. I hope you enjoy the solve.

Nice one. Only one or two I struggled to parse. Fun to see how someone else clues the same word (your 17, my August puzzle's 15).
