Hello again.
It's been very hot in the UK recently so I have been cowering inside, fan on, churning out crosswords and puzzles like there's no tomorrow.
Today's grid requires a bit of extra work, but I hope you find the final solve rewarding. I'm going to try and make themed grids regular installments in this blog. Perhaps one a month? It will depend heavily on whether I feel a theme is good enough to fill a grid, of course. I find having an extra element, much like the METAPUZZLES of the US, adds a certain something to a crossword.
